Our mission is to provide mentorship and volunteer service opportunities that inspire personal growth, leadership, and community impact for individuals aged 12-18 and young adults under 30. Through meaningful connections and hands-on experiences, we’re building a stronger, more engaged Louisiana, one leader at a time.

Mentorship Program
All too often these days, young men grow up without a solid role model and become another Statistic. We are committed to bringing meaningful change to this cycle and helping guys get on the right track.
We are working together to show the young men and women in Louisiana how to have a better future by teaching leadership and life skills to transfer into adulthood.
The father figure is the core of the family unit and we believe in training young men to be leaders and providers for their future families.
